Lillian has 20 years of Human Resource experience in great multi-national companies of different industries in various HR leadership roles covering global, Asia and China businesses with organizations like ASML (Shanghai, China) and Unilever (Shanghai, China). Drawing on her experiences, as an Executive Coach, she coaches local Chinese entrepreneurs, Executives of MNC and their teams from different industries based in China. She designs and delivers tailor-made leadership development program in both English and Chinese for MNC, local private companies and SOE (state owned enterprises). Her current clients include ASML, GSK, Kone, Mubea, Delphi, Sartorius, Hormel, Hansgrohe, GE, Merlin Group, Refratechnik, Nexans, Geberit, Greenliant, CapitaLand, Alibaba etc. Lillian is fluent in Mandarin and English.
