Drawing on her experiences, as an Executive Coach, she coaches local Chinese entrepreneurs, Executives of MNC and their teams from different industries based in China. She designs and delivers tailor-made leadership development program in both English and Chinese for MNC, local private companies and SOE (state owned enterprises).
